The deal was announced yesterday by Parler's parent company, which said that it would never have to fear being removed from social media again.
The company stated that the proposed acquisition would assure Parler a future role in creating an uncanceable ecosystems. This quarter is when the deal is expected to close. The financial aspects of the acquisition have not been made public.
