Being rich and famous can affect your brain in a bad way. If you are a mid-level celeb with medium-low talent whose only real trick is getting people to sing with you in a car, it seems like it robs you of empathy. Such is the case with James Corden, who has been 86'd from New York restaurant Balthazar for throwing a temper when his wife's "egg yolk omelette" appeared with a bit of white in the mix.

The short version is that the not-so- funny man berated a server over an omelette and then threw a fit over some potatoes.

A few minutes after they received the food, James called their server, M. K. and told her there was a little bit of egg white mixed with the egg yolk. M. K. informed the floor manager, G. The kitchen remade the dish but unfortunately sent it with home fries instead of salad. That’s when James Corden began yelling like crazy to the server: “You can’t do your job! You can’t do your job! Maybe I should go into the kitchen and cook the omelette myself!”

This is an embarrassment for a grown up. One of the more revolting things a person can do is be rude to people in the service industry. I don't think James Corden can make an egg yolk omelette without white because it's hard to separate the two parts of the omelette and they cling to each other. I don't think his wife would have been able to taste the white if she'd closed her eyes. Being rude to waitstaff isn't really about the food. It is a desperate attempt to exert power over someone to make them feel important.

So sorry, Mr. Corden. Please do not yell at me.

I am a huge fan of eggs and dislike James Corden. An omelette made with eggs? It's less expensive to make an omelette than a regular one. The omelette you see at the top of this post requires four eggs and five bites to eat. A whole egg contains 6 grams of the same amount ofProtein as a yolk.
