The best time to go to Costa Rica is now, as flights are as low as $299.

Multiple airlines are offering cheap flights to the Costa Rican cities of San Jose and Liberia from a variety of US cities.

There are some discounts on travel in October and November, but most of the best fares are in the first half of the year. Use the extra time to plan out your trip, because you can book your tickets now.

You can visit the Rincn de la Vieja Volcano National Park in Costa Rica or the National Orchestra of Costa Rica in San Jose.

While most of the travel dates are for next year, we recommend booking your tickets to Costa Rica as soon as possible, as cheap flights to Costa Rica are only expected to last a couple of days.

Deal basics

Alaska Airlines, American Airlines, Avianca, Delta Air Lines, and United Airlines are some of the airlines. Routes include Austin, Boston, Denver, Houston, Los Angeles, Nashville, New York, Phoenix, Washington, D.C. If you want to book directly with the airline of your choice, you need to use thenywayanydaynywayanyday. There is some availability from October to November, but January to August is the best time to travel.

If you want to know the best dates for your trip, you should use the internet. You can book your flights on the airline's website. If your flight is delayed or canceled, airlines are more reliable than third-party options for rebooking.

If you want to go to Costa Rica in May, you'll need to get to the airport early. There is one at 6 a.m. There is a Delta flight leaving DCA at 7 a.m., but it is more expensive than the other one.

Delta has a return flight that leaves at 1:03 p.m. There are two flights to and from San Jose with stops in Atlanta.

The cheapest tickets to San Jose are usually $450, but this $350 fare is a steal.

The Costa Rican capital has low fares, but they only apply to basic economy seats, which can restrict perks. Delta's basic economy class doesn't allow passengers to make changes. Passengers are not eligible for any upgrade.
