Exec VP of football ops Jack Easterby out with Texans

Sources told Adam that Jack Easterby is no longer with the organization.

Easterby took on a bigger role after Bill O'Brien was fired after an 0-4 start to the 2020 season.

Nick Caserio was hired as general manager in 2021. Easterby was given responsibility for personnel after O'Brien was fired.

Easterby joined the Kansas City Chiefs as a character coach in 2011.

Easterby spent six seasons with the New England Pats, beginning as their character coach and helping the organization through a time when tight end was arrested and charged with murder in the death of a man. As the team won three Super Bowls, his role grew from being the team's chaplain to learning more about the team's operations.
