A city in Alabama The Tennessee football team was fined $100,000 by the SEC for their celebration after their win over Alabama.

Fans are being asked to help pay for new goal posts.

The school was fined by the league for the second time. There was a basketball game against Florida in 2006

The Volunteers defeated Alabama on a last-play field goal. It was the end of the losing streak.

The fans ripped up the goal post and threw it into the river.

Tennessee turned to crowd funding to pay for goalpost replacements. As of Sunday, more than $18,000 had been raised.

Danny White asked fans to help them out after he said they had some fun.

Student-athletes, coaches, officials, support personnel and properly-credentialed individuals are not allowed access to competition areas. Spectators are not allowed to enter the competition area before or after a contest. Each member institution is responsible for implementing procedures to make sure they comply with the policy.

Tennessee would have to pay $250,000 for a third offense.
