The man is dragged across the sidewalk as he hangs onto his cash. The suspect stomped on the victim and punched him while he was down, freeing the loot and running off.
A 15-year-old boy was on the train when he was shot.
The NYPD said the suspect approached the 66-year-old victim while he was walking down 71st Street in Middle Village and pushed him to the floor.
