Biden said the Jan. 6 committee has made a 'fairly overwhelming' case and called the newly released footage 'devastating'

CNN reported that while in Portland, Oregon, the president shared his thoughts on the new evidence that came to light during the hearings.

The New York Times reported that the House committee voted to subpoena Trump after he said he wouldn't speak to the committee if his comments were broadcast live.
