There were two roughing the passer calls in Week 5, but the league decided not to add fines.

The Atlanta Falcons defensive tackle did not get fined for his sack of Tom Brady. Chris Jones did not receive a fine from his hit on Carr.

As a result of the play in question, Brady was fined $11,139.

Fans were interested in the roughing calls because of their lack of hard contact and the importance of the game.

When Brady was brought down on a third-down play, the Falcons were going to get the ball back in their favor. The referee threw a flag after he saw Jarrett throw him to the ground.

After keeping possession with an automatic first down, the Bolts closed out the victory with a few plays.

The ball would have been returned to Kansas City in the second quarter if Jones hadn't been flagged for a strip-sack. The Raiders kept the ball with a first down and went on to score a field goal.

The penalty swung the game in the Chiefs' favor as they came back with a 30 29 win.

The officials saw enough to call a personal foul in both games.
