A civil lawsuit has been filed against the New Orleans Saints running back for allegedly attacking a man in Las Vegas during the Pro Bowl.

The lawsuit was filed in Louisiana.

According to Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio, the man suffered "severe injuries to his neck, back, shoulder, knees and face" after being punched by the man.

Tony Buzbee was the attorney for 25 women who filed civil lawsuits against Deshaun Watson for sexual assault during massage therapy sessions.

According to the suit, he is seeking $5 million in damages and $5 million in damages from the other party.

One day after the alleged assault, he was arrested in Las Vegas.

After his arrest, he was charged with battery resulting in substantial bodily harm and now faces a civil suit.

There have been several postponements of the criminal case. There was a delay in the hearing for another month.

All but one of the six years that Kamara has been with the Saints have been spent with the team. In three games this season, the five-time Pro Bowler has rushed for 203 yards and no touchdown, while catching 11 passes for 120 yards.
