New premium cabins including suites in first-class and business class are available for the first time for the long-haul fleet. There will be a new long-haul cabin layout at the beginning of the 20th century.

The new "Allegris" cabin layout will be offered on more than 100 new Lufthansa Group aircraft. The classic Boeing 747-8s will be retrofitted.

Economy passengers will get a new product called Sleeper's Row.

“We want to set new, unprecedented standards for our guests. The largest investment in premium products in our company’s history underpins our claim to continue to be the leading Western premium airline in the future.”

Carsten Spohr, Lufthansa Group CEO

First Class Suites

The first class suites will be enclosed. The suites will feature nearly ceiling-high walls that can be closed for privacy, which is a huge improvement over the current product. The seats can be turned into a bed with a one meter width.

Each suite has its own wardrobe and other storage. One can sit across from their partner or fellow traveller at a first class dining table. Full-width screens for entertainment and wireless headphones will be offered by the airline.

There will be more innovation in First Class at the beginning of next year.

Business Class

Six more seating options are offered by the "Allegris" generation of the business class. Direct aisle access is available to all Business class passengers.

Due to higher walls and sliding doors, the Lufthansa Business Class passenger can look forward to even more privacy and comfort. The seats can be turned into beds.

The in-flight entertainment program can be enjoyed on the monitors. Wireless charging, noise-cancelling headphones, and the ability to connect one's own devices to the entertainment system viaBluetooth will provide much-needed entertainment.

Sleeper’s Row 2.0 in Economy Class

New booking options will allow for more space and choices in the economy class. Following the launch of the "Sleeper's Row", which offered Economy Class passengers to book an entire row of seats on long-distance flights, Lufthansa now plans to introduce a "Sleeper's Row 2.0" on all new long-haul aircraft

One can fold up a leg rest and use the additional mattress on offer for rest and relaxation on a reclining surface that is 40 percent larger than the original "Sleeper's Row" Passengers can also take a vacant seat.

Premium Economy Class

The Premium Economy Class was already introduced at SWISS. The premium economy seat can be adjusted easily without affecting other passengers in the row behind.
