Azeem Rafiq says a campaign of lies has put his family's safety at risk.
Rafiq, 31, has been accused of anti-Semitism, homophobia and fat shaming children by former team-mates and officials, reports the Daily Mail.
He said the claims were completely false.
On Thursday, Rafiq said he plans to move abroad to protect his family.
He was the victim of racial harassment and bully at Yorkshire last year. The scandal that has plagued English cricket for much of the past two years was sparked by him.
Several current and former players and coaches were reprimanded after his testimony led to changes in Yorkshire's leadership.

Rafiq was reprimanded by the England and Wales Cricket Board for posting racist posts on his social media accounts.
