Bye: DET, HOU, LV, TEN It's 1p.m. The spread was BAL -5. The Ravens will face a former defensive coach who left to work for the Giants. He said it was just time for the break up. Jackson has practiced against Martindale's defense every day for the past four seasons, and he knows Martindale's game. Jackson is eighth in the league with a quarterback rating of 63.6, while the defense hasn't allowed more than 23 points in a game. J.K. Dobbins will have more rushing yards than Saquon. He averaged a season-best 3.25 yards after contact in his most exciting game of the season. The Giants have given up an average of 2.36 yards after contact, which is fourth worst in the league. Since the start of 2021, Baltimore has allowed just one running back to rush for more than 80 yards in a game, and that was Dalvin Cook last season. Jackson has a perfect record as a starting quarterback against the other team. It's the second-longest inter- conference win streak to start a career. The Giants have injuries. The Ravens' QB saved the day after a rough start. The Giants started the season with a bang. Ojabo makes his practice debut after an injury. The Packers were upset by the Giants.
It's 1p.m. CBS has a spread of CIN -2.
The Saints don't have a lot of players on the receiving end. It's really short. Kick returner Deonte Harty has a toe injury, Michael Thomas hasn't practiced in weeks, and Chris Olave is in the concussion protocol. For the second week in a row, things could fall on the shoulders of the two players. The Saints might be OK if Hill can repeat last week's performance.
Predicted to go for 125 scrimmage yards. Baltimore was able to attack Cincinnati vertically and pick up some gains. The most reliable asset for the Saints could be Kamara.
The Saints haven't won at home in over two decades, but they're hoping to change that against theBengals.

Matchup must-reads: Taylor looking for answers after a slow start. The inspiration for Chase, Jefferson to be the next wave. They shared Superdome memories upon their return. For the first time since Week 3, the Saints are practicing with their quarterback. There's nobody else like him.
It's 1p.m. The spread is GB -7 (45) for Fox.
It will be decided in the second half, so be on the lookout. In four of their five games, the Packers have scored less than seven points. The Jets have scored 61 points in the second half of the season, third most in the conference.
In the battle of the two-headed backfields, the Jets' young guns will outrush the Packers. Jones-Dillon is averaging 127 yards per game, compared to 87 for Hall- Carter, but the Jets' two running backs are coming off a big game. The Jets are creating a run-first identity.
The Packers will be 3-3 after six games for the first time in five years. Since 2015, the Jets have had a 4-2 start.

FPI prediction: GB, 82.6% (by an average of 11.1 points)
Williams has evolved into an absolute game-wrecker. The Packers are not worried about the quarterback's thumb injury. The Jets offense lacks a dual-threat aspect. Rodgers didn't like the talk in the locker room.
It's 1p.m. The spread is MIN -2 (45.5).
The Dolphins have had 10 rookies make their first career starts in the last 50 years. David and Tua are the only rookies to win their first start. Dan Marino and Ryan Tannehill both threw for over 200 yards in a single game.
Dalvin Cook will have his best game of the season when he runs for at least 100 yards and two touchdown. According to expected points added, the Dolphins' run defense is 7th in the league. It has allowed seven rushing touchdown, which is tied for sixth-most in the league, and Cook has averaged more than 100 yards per game since he moved to Florida.
KirkCousins has passed for 75 first downs this season, third most in the league behind Josh Allen and Patrick Mahomes. The Dolphins allow 8.29 passing yards per attempt, which is third worst in the league.

The Falcons have rushed for more than 150 yards in every game but one this season, even if the running back is not. He was third in the NFL in rushing before his knee injury. In his place, the Falcons have used a combination of Tyler Allgeier, Caleb Huntley, and Avery Williams, all of whom have only been in the league for a couple of years.
The 49ers will have more running yards than the Falcons. The Niners' top-ranked rushing defense faces Atlanta's third-ranked rushing offense in a game. San Francisco could be without some key defenders, which means Atlanta will have its chance to gain yards on the ground, but the Niners also boast a strong ground game of their own. Give the 49ers a slight edge in an area that will make a big difference.

The 49ers defense is on an elite pace. The Falcons are on a committee. Is the 49ers going to thrive despite injuries? There is a flag on Brady hit.
It's 1p.m. There is a spread of TB -8.
After finishing the 38-3 loss to the Buffalo Bills without their top three defensive backs, the Steelers will be short-handed in the secondary. The status of the corners, including Levi Wallace who has a concussion, is uncertain. That's bad news for the Bucs, who average 281.8 passing yards per game and are getting stronger as their receiving corps gets healthier.
Tom Brady will throw for more than 350 yards for the third game in a row, tying the longest streak in his career. The Steelers have surrendered at least one passing touchdown in each of the first 11 weeks of the season. They've given up over 100 yards to five wide receivers, including 171 yards from Gabe Davis. Mike Evans is a Pro Bowl wide receiver.
Mike Tomlin should face criticism for the poor record of the team.
Leonard Fournette has 50 receiving yards in two games. If he does it in three straight games it will be the first time that has happened.
The injuries are for the Bucs and the Steelers.

Matchup must-reads: Bowles downplays the importance of the coaching clash. "It starts with me." After the Buffalo debacle, how do the 2-4 Pittsburghers move on?
It's 1p.m. The spread is CLE - 2.5.
The team that drafted the quarterback will be watching him. After starting two games as a rookies in 2016 due to Tom Brady's suspension and an injury to Jimmy Garoppolo, Brissett has never started against the Pats.
The team that leads the league in rushing yards per game will be held below their average. In the second half of their Week 3 loss to the Ravens, the run defense hit a rough patch, but there were signs of a bounce-back in their Week 4 loss to the Packers.
The third-worst yards per rush have been allowed by the Cleveland browns. Rhamondre Stevenson is an eighth ranked running back in yards per rush.

FPI prediction: CLE, 73.7% (by an average of 7.3 points)
Matchup must-reads: Zappe keeping the Pats in the game. The defense isn't getting enough time. The Lions had a chance to score. The Falcons get a pick from the Browns for Jones. He's still out until December.
It's 1p.m. CBS has a spread of Ind -2.
The Colts have lost their last eight road games against the Jags. The Colts went 8-2 at home in the same time period. The last time the Jags won in the series was in 2017: Andrew Luck missed the season with a shoulder injury.
Christian Kirk will have at least 10 catches. He had 18 catches in the first three games, but he had just three in the last two games. There are times when a linebacker will be matched up with Kirk, as Kirk was able to do in the previous meeting. He's going to do it again.

The matchup must-reads: Lawrence and Pederson. The defense finds ways to overcome the offense's struggles. Despite recent struggles, the Jags are confident in Lawrence.
4:30 a.m. The spread is ARI - 2.5 (50.5).
The Seahawks are in the middle of their third straight miserable start on defense, struggling against the run and the pass. They'll get a break with Arizona's backfield being shorthanded, but then again, Seattle got run all over last week by Taysom Hill, who ran for 112 yards and three touchdown.
With the Cards down to just one of their top four running backs this season, Arizona had to replenish its running back room with guys off the streets. Kyler Murray will make sure the running attack isn't lacking, rushing for 75 yards and two touchdown in Seattle, including breaking a long one that's going to silence the hype-up crowd.
The only team without a point in the first quarter this season is the Cards. The team has scored the second-most points in the first quarter.
There are injuries to theCardinals and theSeahawk.
For his career, Murray is an average of 38.6 rush yards and completing 69.3% of his passes against the Seahawks, which is more than 16 fantasy points in four of those five games. You can see the Week 6 rankings.

FPI prediction: ARI, 63.8% (by an average of 4.2 points)
The game time for the two teams may change. The team is being stifled by the defense. What went wrong on the last drive of the game? The running back is out for the remainder of the season.
4:30 a.m. The spread is LAR -10.
The Rams and the Carolinas have the second and third worst offensive EPAs in the league. Los Angeles has scored just one touchdown in its last nine quarters, and Matthew Stafford has seven picks and 21 sacks, which are both tied for the most in the league. The Panther's defense is 22nd in Football Outsiders' pass DVOA and has three turnovers.
The panthers will sack Stafford six times in order to keep this one close. Stafford has been sacked 12 times in the past two games, the Rams are last in the league in sacks allowed with 21 and Steve Wilks is known for his aggressive defensive packages.

The time is 4:25p.m. The spread is BUF - 2.5.
Don't be surprised if the game is decided by which quarterback runs for more yards. In four games against the Bills, Patrick Mahomes has averaged 43 rushing yards, more than any other opponent, while Josh Allen has averaged 64. The two quarterbacks have thrown it well in this rivalry, with Mahomes having a QBR of 86.1 against the Bills and Allen having a QBR of 83.50 against the Chiefs.
In his first game with the Bills, wide receiver Stefon Diggs will have his first 100 yard game. In four games against the Chiefs since 2020, he's averaged 49.8 receiving yards per game, but this season he's averaged 101.6 yards per game. The defense will have to contend with a player who had three catches for 171 yards against theSteelers. The success of other players will allow for more opportunities for Diggs against a defense that is 24th in the league in allowing 258.6 passing yards per game.

The pass rush of the Cowboys is second in sacks. The strength of the Eagles' O-line is due to their health. It's important to keep an eye on how Philly holds up.
It's a bold prediction that the first pick up of his career will not be a sack. In the first two seasons of his career, only one thing has not been done by him. Hurts has been picked off four times in two starts against the Cowboys.

The Bolts are on a two-game winning streak despite playing without their top pass-catching threat.
In the first five weeks of the season, the Broncos have only sacked one quarterback, but they will get him three times. The Broncos defense is tied for fourth in the league in sacks and Herbert will throw the ball in the air to give the Broncos a chance to test their rush. When Herbert has been sacked at least three times in a game he has only had nine games in his career.
