In June of this year, the U.S. and other European countries saw the launch of thesamsung wallet. The initial launch was limited to a few countries, including China, France, Germany, Italy, Korea, Spain, and the U.K.

The Korean tech giant has announced in a press release that it will be expanding its wallet to 13 new regions this year. They include Kuwait, Norway, South Africa, Sweden, Vietnam, and the United States of America.

The merging of two previous services from SAMSUNG resulted in the creation of SAMSUNG wallet This approach is similar to what the company did with their payment system.

Users were able to organize payments, store cards, passwords, documents, and more with a single service. The information stored on driver's licenses, student IDs, and bank cards could be accessed with a single touch on the device's screen.

Users can save digital keys for smart homes and compatible cars with the help of the SAMSUNG wallet.

The tech giant is collaborating with trusted partners to increase the capabilities of its wallet.

"We have worked closely with our trusted partners and developers to enrich our wallet experience, which takes everyday convenience to the next level," said Jeanie Han, head of the Digital Life Team at Mobile eXperience Business.

As soon as possible, we want to bring the platform to as many markets as possible, so more people have the chance to use the digital wallet.

The service comes with a feature that protects sensitive information from being lost or stolen. Users are able to add fingerprints to the data. The company says that the sensitive documents are stored in an isolated environment with an extra layer of protection against hacking attempts.
