According to sources, Jerry Jones of the Dallas Cowboys is one of the owners caught in the crosshairs of Snyder.

The league won't vote to remove him from his post because he can't f--- with them, according to the report.

The Commanders owner told a colleague that the NFL is a Mafia and all the owners hate each other, but another owner said that was not true.

It is hard to imagine a piece that is more categorically untrue, according to a team spokesman.

After the league fined him $10 million and he stepped away from the team's day to day operations, he gave control of the team to his wife. The House Oversight and Reform Committee launched an investigation into the league's handling of its probe in October 2021. According to the Washington Post, the Commanders paid over a million dollars to a woman who accused them of sexually abusing her. In July, he testified before Congress. The House subcommittee said in June that it has evidence that he tried to interfere with the investigation of the football team. The Department of Justice can make a recommendation to Congress.
