The Personal Travel Agents will be holding a conference for the first time in over a year.
Homeworkers will attend the X Together event in Malta in October as the company celebrates its 10th year of trading.
The group started with six home workers.
The co-operative wants to fill more than 40 roles.
Sheena Whittle is the head of The Personal Travel Agents.
She said that they were thrilled to host the conference in Malta and were looking forward to being together again. Virtual conferences have worked well in the past, but Malta will provide an amazing venue for us to rediscover the things we love about travel.
We will be focused on the significant opportunity that travel agents have right now.
The minister of tourism in Malta and the chief executive of the Malta Tourist Authority are expected to attend the conference.
Whittle said: "We worked closely with the MTA to create an itinerary that showcases Malta at its best and our homeworkers will really experience the destination and fall in love with it." There are a few surprises up our sleeves that will give us unforgettable moments to share.
It has been a roller coaster of a couple of years for everyone in the industry, but we have emerged knowing that our homeworkers are more resilient than we ever imagined, and it's time to celebrate our first decade as a business
Jet2holidays, Celebrity Cruises and Do Something Different are among the tour operators that have confirmed their attendance.
Business updates on the homeworking division and The Midcounties Co-operative Society are included in the conference.
The second day will give agents the chance to take part in speed dating, a trade fair and networking along with a local photographer and marketing and social media manager Kiri Dulay to provide tips to drive Malta sales using social media. The farewell evening will be held at the Café del Mar and it will be hosted by a brand aimed at young people.
