Ryan Reynolds sent T.J. Miller an email after news outlets picked up on his story about an incident on the set.

Miller said on the October 5 episode of "The Adam Carolla Show" that he thought it was odd that he hated him.

The title of the interview with Miller was "TJ Miller makes up with Ryan Reynolds." Miller said in the two-minute clip that he heard from Reynolds the day after the episode was published.

He sent me an email the next day that said it was a misunderstanding. I sent him an email and it was fine.

Miller explained that he didn't expect a response because he wasn't thinking about how his story would affect the cast and crew. Miller said that he thinks Reynolds is funny and amazing in the "Deadpool" movies, but that no one said that in the media.

Miller said that the clickbait was the reason. That's a big deal.

Miller said Reynolds was a good guy.

Miller said that it was cool for Reynolds to say that he was upset with the situation. We hashed it out pretty quickly after I said I was not.

Miller was asked by JimNorton if he felt bad about the headlines saying Reynolds was horrible on set. Miller felt bad that it was picked up and he didn't say anything negative.

Miller had said he wouldn't work with Reynolds again.

He said, "Let's do one more take." He was horrible to me as if I was Weasel. He asked Weasel what was great about him. You're not the star, but you do just enough exposition so that it's funny, and then we can leave and go back to the real movie.

Miller implied that he was not asked to return for the next movie in the "Deadpool" franchise.

Miller had been kicked out of a franchise before. Reports of a sexual assault allegation and an arrest on charges of calling in a fake bomb threat led to the recasting of Miller's role in "How to Train Your Dragon".

"I was reluctant to make the change but it was a decision that came from his headlines last year," DeBlois told Insider. I went along with it, but I regret it because he gave us some really great stuff.

"Deadpool 3," the first in a trilogy, will be released in 2024.
