A fully stacked Starship, consisting of a first stage booster and a second stage spaceship, is expected to be launched before the end of the year. Dennis Tito, who turned 80 earlier this year, may have a problem with the fact that Starship won't be certified for human spaceflight anytime soon. Dennis and his wife passed their physical and cognitive exams and are good to go at this time. It could be years before the first humans ride on the mega rocket.
