A New York City man who was arrested and released without bail after frightening McDonald's patrons with an ax was arrested again this week for graffiti, stealing a bike and evading police.
The New York Post reported that Michael Palacios was arrested after he stole a bike from a coffee shop and led police on a chase.
According to the New York Police Department, the bike was damaged during the chase. Authorities believe Palacios is responsible for another graffiti incident in Queens in June.
Palacios was charged with grand theft, possession of stolen property, criminal damage, making graffiti, and possession of graffiti instruments. The graffiti incident took place in June.
The mother of a New York City murder victim wants city leaders to do something about crime.
According to the New York Post, Palacios was released on Monday.
