The Spain women's team beat the United States 2-0 in a friendly on Tuesday.

Laia Codina put the hosts up before the break and Esther Gonzalez doubled the lead in the second half, giving Spain an unlikely win over the U.S.

The USWNT hadn't allowed multiple goals in back-to-back games since February 27 and March 2 of this year.
