Louza is facing a six-game ban after being charged with spitting at an opponent.
The alleged offense took place at the end of the Championship match.
Louza has until Thursday to respond to the accusation.
At the end of September, the player signed a new contract.
In last week's game, the home side took the lead in the first half but were pegged back in the second half by the visitors.
Ben Cabango's goal in the 98th minute was the difference in the game.
Louza, who was making only his second appearance of the season against the Swans because of injury, will be out of action until the Hornets play Reading on Tuesday, 8 November.
The Hornets have 17 points from 13 games in the championship.
