Agency partners in more areas of the UK have been supported by the expansion of the regional sales team.
The company can now cover all of the country with the help of two new regional sales managers.
Beard will be in charge of Wales, England, and Northern Ireland, while McDermott will be in charge of Scotland, the northeast, and the east coast.
They joined with other people to strengthen the company's relationship with the trade.
Beard has been in the industry for more than 30 years and has spent most of his time with Going Places/My Travel.
He was an onboard purser for Sun Cruises in the Mediterranean and Caribbean.
In reservations for British Airways, he started his career.
He has worked for a number of companies.
The south-eastern, southwest, and Channel Islands are covered by Bamford.
Wayne Darrock, chief executive, welcomed the new recruits to the team, saying: "Our regional sales managers now cover the length and breadth of the UK, bringing with them years of travel industry experience which can certainly support our agents and suppliers."
