The National Women's Soccer League terminated the contracts of the head coach and assistant.

There were allegations of verbal abuse and improper favouritism against Cromwell and Greene and they received warnings.

The coaches were found to have retaliated against players they believed had made complaints against them. They tried to waive their contracts or trade players that they didn't like.

Aline Reis, the goalkeeper coach, has been placed on administrative leave after being found to have pressured players into giving investigators favorable information.

A third-party investigator found no evidence to support the claims of the three coaches that they were mistreated.

The NWSL said that Cromwell and Greene are not allowed to work in the league until they are approved by the commissioner.

To regain eligibility to coach in the NWSL, the trio must undergo mandatory training regarding retaliation, discrimination, harassment and bullied, as determined by the commissioner.

They need to acknowledge wrongdoing and show a willingness to modify their behavior.

She can return to work when she takes part in the executive coaching requirement.

To ensure everyone is on notice of the league's expectations for appropriate conduct and behaviour within the NWSL, the entire Pride organization has to complete training regarding retaliation, discrimination, harassment, and bullied.

The league encourages all parties to participate in the investigation, which is still ongoing.
