The running back had 54 yards on eight carries before he was injured in the third quarter.
In a win over the Detroit Lions, the first-round pick had his best game of the season, rushing for 150 yards and two scores.
In four games this season,Penny has averaged 6.0 yards per carry and has been very efficient.
The running back ended the year with over 100 yards and at least one touchdown in four of his last five games. His 5.7 career rushing average would make him one of the top runners in league history.
Injuries have been the only problem forPenny.
Over the last three seasons,Penny missed 26 games because of injury, but never topped 10 games. He tore his knee in 2019.

Kenneth Walker III, a second-round pick, is likely to be the replacement forPenny. Additional snaps should be given to DeeJay Dallas.
