The Pittsburgh Steelers dropped to 1-4 with a 38-3 loss to the Buffalo Bills on Sunday and head coach Mike Tomlin is considering making changes.

When asked if he would consider changes to the starting lineup and coaching staff, he said absolutely. Everyone knows what happened today is not cool.

The Pittsburgh Steelers haven't won a game since they defeated the Cincinnati Bengals in overtime in the first week of the year.

They have been beaten by a number of teams since then. The Black and Gold failed to score a touchdown in the game.

A struggling Trubisky got the call in favor of a first-round pick. He threw 34 passes for 327 yards. George Pickens was the team's best receiver with six catches.

Pittsburgh's passing offense was better than its rushing offense as running backs Jaylen Warren and Najee Harris combined for just 44 yards on 16 carries.

It's clear that the Steelers need to make some changes on the offensive side of the ball, whether it's changing the starting lineup or firing Matt Canada.

Canada has been criticized a lot this year but the offense isn't to blame.

Josh Allen threw for 423 yards and four touchdown against the Pittsburgh defense. The four running backs combined for 80 yards and a touchdown.

Many blamed Tomlin for his squad being unprepared. It's worth asking if the head coach will be on the hot seat if the team looks unprepared.

The team's upcoming schedule won't get any easier as the team has problems on both sides of the ball, and they need to be solved quickly.
