  • The city of Los Angeles is being sued by the family of a police officer who died in the line of duty.

  • According to the coroner's report, Tipping died from a spine injury.

  • Lawyer Bradley Gage said that the training was used to kill him.

The family lawyer of a Los Angeles Police Department officer who was killed in the line of duty is suing the city after he says that the officer was targeted for investigating a gang rape by his fellow officers.

Bradley Gage said that the training was used as a cover to kill him.

According to Gage, Houston Tipping was attacked during a self-defense training after he submitted reports of a female victim who claimed she was raped by fourLAPD officers.

The officer who was part of the training that led to Tipping's death was included in the report.

According to the report, Tipping died three days after he was injured during self- defense training.

The Director of the Office of Constitutional Policing and Policy said during a meeting on Tuesday that Tipping was role-playing as a suspect and charged a student officer as part of the training.

According to the coroner's report, the officer dropped Tipping on his head, causing him to go into cardiac arrest and die three days later.

There was no video or audio recording of the training and many of the injuries to Tipping's ribs were caused by attempts to resuscitate him at the academy with a LUCAS device.

The academy's automaticCPR machine was never used in the room at the time of the incident, according to Gage.

According to Gage, the LUCAS device was never used.

Gage's allegations are baseless, according to the chief of the Los Angeles Police Department.

Moore said that he had made other baseless allegations.

Rhodes told the meeting that the training scenario was an exercise between two people.

The department and the coroner determined that the accident was an accident. It was a tragic accident and we expressed our sympathies.

When contacted for a comment, Bradley Gage and the Los Angeles Police Department did not reply.
