According to Ian Rapoport of the NFL Network, Beckham will be back in mid-November.
Rapoport said that an imminent signing would be a big surprise. After the trade deadline, Beckham would have a better idea of the free-agent market.
Rapoport said that the three-time Pro Bowler could "trigger a feeding frenzy in November as the only top player at his position available."
Beckham made a positive impact on the Los Angeles Rams after he joined them. His regular-season numbers were solid and he saved his best for the playoffs. In the title run, the 29-year-old caught 21 passes for 288 yards and two touchdown.
Beckham's knee is much better than it was when he joined L.A., according to Rapoport. Beckham said in July that he played the entire back half of the season without an injured knee.

The Rams may not be Beckham's best bet if he wants to win a second Super Bowl. The reigning champion are 2-2 to start the season with their lack of depth presenting some challenges.
