The #Ravens will welcome All-Pro LT Ronnie Stanley back tomorrow, sources tell me and @RapSheet. After being held out the last few weeks, Stanley will play for the first time since last season’s opener and only the second time since fracturing his ankle almost two years ago.

Stanley broke his ankle in the team's 28-24 loss to the PittsburghSteelers in November of 2020. He was placed on injured reserve in October to rehabilitate his ankle.

John Harbaugh said that they haven't pinpointed when it happened. The thing didn't work out. I think it's the best way to describe it. The man is talking to the doctors.

Stanley had an ankle surgery and had a chance to come back in 2022. He was able to perform in August after passing his physical. He missed the first four games after returning to practice.

Stanley had a full season in which he earned All- Pro and Pro Bowl honors. The former Notre Dame star was asked to protect Lamar Jackson's blind side, and he was very good at it. The Ravens finished with the best record in the league.

Stanley returns to a 2-2 team that has lost a pair of heartbreakers to two 3-1 teams that overcame double-digit deficits to win. Jackson looked like his old self again, with Baltimore looking better than its record. Baltimore is looking for a return trip to the playoffs after missing out last year.
