Capital One's partners are working again as of this afternoon. I was able to complete a transfer despite not trying each partner. I hope the fix is permanent.
There was a report a few days ago that there was a problem with Capital One miles being transferred to partners.
There was an error message next to each airline and hotel program when you clicked on the convert rewards option. Check back later.
People have been checking back and transfers have been down for maintenance.
We contacted Capital One to see if there was a reason for this, and they said there was no reason for it.
We are currently making system improvements to some of our rewards platforms, and because of that they are temporarily offline. We will let you know when they are available.
It has been a week or so since Capital One had the ability to transfer their miles to travel partners, but it seems like this is more of a system issue than they are getting rid of. We don't know how long it will take for transfers to be back up and running.
