A San Antonio police officer is out of a job after shooting a teenager who was eating in a car outside a Mcdonald's.

Police released body cam footage showing the cop shooting into the car after the shooting at Mickey D's.

The teen behind the wheel freaks out in between bites of a burger when the officer walks up to the parked car. The kid reversed and the cop began shooting.

Several gunshots are heard as the car drives off into the night.

The San Antonio Police Department said the officer was at a fast food joint for a call unrelated to the shooting.

The officer approached the car because he thought it was the one that had evaded police the day before.

The teen was in critical condition after being shot multiple times. He was charged with assault on a police officer but those charges have since been dropped.

The cop was terminated for violating the department's tactics.
