The New York Times reported on Friday that Herschel Walker urged a woman to get a second abortion two years after he paid for her first one.
The woman who gave birth to one of Walker's four sons told the New York Times that Walker begged her to end her pregnancies but she refused.
Walker has not been present for much of their son's life, at odds with his platform of family values and support for a nationwide ban on abortions without exceptions for rape, incest or harm to the mother.
The paper confirmed details of the woman's story with family court records and one of her friends.
The claims against Walker are just the most recent in a long line of accusations.
It came just days after the Daily Beast reported Walker paid the anonymous woman $700 to cover the cost of an abortion, an allegation he denied.
One of Walker's children, Christian Walker, called him out on social media, saying that he was not a family man when he left them to bang a bunch of women.
Walker had been in a close race with Democratic incumbent Sen. Raphael Warnock in an East Carolina University poll. He was down 12 points in a SurveyUSA poll with one month to go before the elections. He has been accused of domestic violence on multiple women, including his ex- wife. Although he won the Republican primary in May by 55 points, Walker apologized for his history of violence, blaming it on his mental health issues.
The chair of the National Republican Senate Committee said the committee and the GOP would stand with Walker. Political analysts think the race could determine which party controls the chamber.
