Adult Happy Meals are stressing McDonald's employees out

The new Happy Meal from Mcdonald's is for adults. You need to get in line.

It may take a while to get it. It's unfortunate for Mcdonald's employees who are on the front lines that the meals that come with toys are a hit. We may have a Rick and Morty Szechuan sauce debacle.

Employees are stressed out by the number of people who file in to get Happy Meal. The workers are begging customers to stop ordering. A McD's employee told Kotaku that he could see the stress in his coworkers.

You can get a Big Mac or 10-piece nuggets with fries and a drink, as well as a limited- edition box and toy, when you order a meal. It is a craze because of nostalgia.

People on a Mcdonald's subreddit have been complaining about dealing with customers in the restaurant. You can read one comment.

first day we had them was the most stressed i've ever been at work. we had a huge storm too and were down 3 people in addition to the 5-6 that had called out. it was exhausting. we ran out the same night but got more today. can not wait for my next shift.

If there is any saving grace for Mcdonald's employees, it is the fact that they are running out of Happy Meal. People were happy that their store ran out of toys and boxes. There are many comments like "everyone in my store was happy when we ran out of toys" Stores have run out if the subreddit is to be believed.

Since I wrote about the adult Happy Meal on Tuesday, I've been trying to get one to test out for the website. The local Mcdonald's has not been open for a while. I use the app on my phone to place my order at the flea market.

It doesn't seem like interest will go away soon. I apologize to the people who work at Mcdonald's stores. People love to play with toys.
