TikToks showing pictures of linemen on dating apps, particularly one byemilyhosein1, sparked intense conversation on the app, eliciting jokes from spouses and backlash from angry spouses.

The video was viewed more than 9 million times. The # linemen, # line wife, and #bucketbunny have a combined total of 381.2 million views.

Many relationships can be strained due to the fact that journeyman lineworkers are often on a job site for weeks or months at a time.

The world of drama on the platform was created by posts from "bucket bunnies", women who are openly pursuing lineworkers.

Line wives said they spotted their partner in the video or men with families who they recognized and requested from others for Floridians to post more.

She encouraged "bucket bunnies" to continue to post about the men they were seeing on dating apps since her husband was not currently in Florida.

She said "for any of you ladies who have found your man in this post, wait" You don't know for a while. You get rid of the bad guys. You go and live your life to the fullest.

Lineworker wives took a different approach.

"You might have a snack," a person said in a TikTok. He knows he has a full meal at home.

She said to say that if you're thirsty or desperate.

A woman who calls herself a "pipeline wife" gave a three-fingered salute to line workers' wives. She wrote that they dealt with row hoes before Tik Tok. As the linemen wives prepare to take on the bucket bunnies, I stand with them. It's not a trend to wear blue collar.
