Queen Latifah has a clause in her contract that doesn't allow her to die.

During a recent appearance on "The Drew Barrymore Show," Queen Latifah revealed that she once had to add a "no death clause" to her contract in order to keep her job.
I died my ass off at the beginning of my career, I was asked on Thursday's episode of the talk show. I wasn't sure if I could do a sequel if I kept dying in these movies.
She told her team to put a no death clause in her contract.
The clause, which was thrown in there, was a little off the cuff funniness.

"I love that you have a nudity clause in your contract, it's a no death clause," she said.

On the episode, which aired Thursday, she and Barrymore talked about Latifah's show and her friendship with Dolly Parton.
