Tom Brady said he will play Sunday against the Atlanta Falcons despite feeling some pain in his shoulder and finger.

Brady said it felt good. I'm going to be there Sunday.

Brady was injured on a strip sack by Sneed in the first half of the game. He did not miss a snap in that game, but at one point he was warming up on the sideline.

He didn't seem to be bothered by the injury by this Thursday. Brady went through his routine during the portion of practice open to the media. Brady did not practice last week because of his ring finger injury, but Wednesday has been his day off so far this season. On the injury report, he was listed as a full participant.

The offense that averaged 30 points a game a year ago looked a lot like it did against the Chiefs. It was due to Brady's return that it happened. All of Brady's top players have been at his disposal this year.

Brady said that was important. "I think we are trying to get everyone out there so we can build on certain things and obviously there's great players that are going to make a lot of plays." Chris is going to make plays and Mike is going to make plays. We have to continue doing it. We don't want to be 2-2. Things need to be done a lot better.

Brady said that the better you're going to be, the more you're doing stuff together. I played with a lot of people. I have only been with Mike Evans and Chris Godwin for three years. It's a difficult sport and there's a lot to learn. There's a lot of coordination that goes into it.

Evans returned from a one-game suspension and had two touchdown in that game, and Godwin and Jones were both active after missing the first two weeks of the season with injuries, marking just the second time this season that Brady had all of his receiving weapons. At one point, he was being attended to by the training staff on the field.

The two practiced on a limited basis. After an eight-month recovery from a tornACL/MCL, he said that it has been a process getting back to full health and maintaining chemistry as a team.

It's difficult to put together an offensive game plan when you don't have everyone on the field. We have a bunch of new faces and we also have a new offensive line. It is difficult. It can be easy for people to get carried away early in the year. Over the last couple of years, we've continued to work to build throughout the season. It has not always been sunny early in the year. Slowly, we get better and better. It's not possible to build chemistry on a single game. It will take a while.

Guys are missing from practice and games. We have been injured. We've had new people. It's not possible to manufacture chemistry. You have to build it day in and day out. It's through making mistakes, understanding what Tom wants, what we like, and just how it all meshes at the same time. It will take time and patience. We all know that it is going to take some time.

Jones' status is up in the air against the team he played for over a decade. If Brate isn't cleared from the concussion protocol, the Bucs may have to rely on Otton. Cole Beasley, who signed with the team in the third week of the season, decided to retire on Wednesday.

"This is important for us to win a game at home against a team that is playing good football and has unique style and they are a tough, tough team," Brady said. Good football is what we have to play. We need to be prepared well. At home, it's 2-0. That's really bad. That's a reality so there's no excuse. It's a production business and we haven't gotten the job done.
