Bradley said in the video that he ended up with 10 stitches in his mouth after he tried a weightlifting stunt.

The video was seen by Insider and received 17.2 million views before it was unavailable to view. A picture shows a man lying on a piece of equipment while holding onto a bumper plate. A woman climbs on top of the weight and tries to lift her but she falls on top of him and kicks him in the face.

The video was posted to his TikTok account with the caption "PoV: Dropping ur phone on your face"

A tug-of-war with a tiger is one of the stunts that Martyn does in his videos.

In a follow-up TikTok video, Martyn tried to lift a woman several times without her falling. This is what I was expecting, according to the caption. I messed up two things here. She could use a bumper plate.

The accident was described in a video on the internet.

He tried to lift her. I pressed a girl on a plate before. I was like yes, that's easy, someone asked why you didn't have her stand up.

He said he made a mistake by using a rubber bumper plate to lift her instead of a steel plate.

He waited four hours at the emergency room to get the stitches.

There are many TikTokers who have injured themselves in pursuit of a video. Videos tagged on TikTok as "injury while lifting weights" have received over half a billion views. A number of online fitness trends, such as a viral abdominal weight loss dance, garlic cloves in nostrils as a decongestant, and exposing genitals to the sun, have been warned against by doctors.

Content warnings can be added to videos to highlight that the behavior depicted carries risk, or they can be deleted completely from the platform. TikTok did not respond to Insider's request for comment on why the original video is no longer available.
