The Attorney at Law has led to this. It all came together in the eighth and final episode of the show, "Ribbit and Rip It." A seemingly disconnected story about a hero named Leapfrog became the basis for Jen and She-Hulk co-existing in heroic fashion, Jen's love life to find a worthy match, and a conclusion to the show at the end of the season.
She-Hulk started with another green superhero after a "previously on" recap. Brandon Stanley plays the character of Leapfrog, who is trying to stop two men from stealing a television when he lights himself on fire. Eugene, also known as Eugene, wants to file a lawsuit against the designer of the costume. The person is also employed by She-Hulk, and so he goes to her. She tried to get out of it because of a conflict of interest, but her boss forced her to take a case that she didn't want. This is the second time.
It is a bad situation for She-Hulk because she has a big event coming up and her designer is working on her gown. The design was more accurate. He ripped the dress up and said he wouldn't make clothes for her again when he heard she was questioning the quality of his work. Jen was forced to do something she didn't want to do again by her boss.
When the case goes to court, it's no surprise that Matt Murdock comes in to represent him, because we've seen him make a costume for Daredevil. Jen lost the case and the only person who could make her clothes when Matt admitted that the costume malfunction was his. She went to the bar to drown her feelings and ran into Matt. The two flirt a bit, Matt seems to understand her as a person, andJen even turns to the camera to acknowledge there are some sparks there. Things can't go to the next level without Matt leaving.
Matt mentioned during his statements that the Sokovia Accords have been repealed, which is the first time we have acknowledged that. That makes sense. The government didn't allow the Avengers to travel back in time to defeat the tyrant after he destroyed half of existence. It's nice to have that part of the puzzle in place.
One part of the episode that didn't forward much of anything was when Todd called Jen for a meeting. Over the course of several episodes, it has been established that this guy is rich, weird and probably the show's biggest bad. He gives Jen a lot of unnecessary information. The Wakandans want the war spear back because it was taken by colonizers. It is not true that he brags about studying abroad in the country since it was only a few years ago that it was publicly acknowledged as a super power. It's the second most uncomfortable thing Todd does in the scene, right behind trying to nuzzle up to Jen. There are some very interesting pieces of information that are unrelated to everything else.
Leapfrog called Jen complaining that he was being attacked. The show has teased for weeks that she is going to save him when she stops. It's all coming together.
The truth is that Leapfrog is being chased by a mysterious figure in a suit because he was kidnapped by someone else. The stranger and She-Hulk fight and when she finally gets her hands on him it's revealed that it's Matt Murdock. Matt revealed that he is called Daredevil after the two banter. You could hear the cheers from the fans of the comic book company.
Daredevil and She-Hulk are going to team up to save the boy. There is a huge neon sign on the roof that says "lily pad." The two figured out that Jen has never actually done any real superhero stuff, so Matt should probably take the lead, and that Matt's abilities are freakishly cool. He hearsJen's heartbeat and it's fast. That's right, Hmm.
Matt, dressed as Daredevil, kicked ass when he entered theLily Pad. The scenes in a hallway are supposed to evoke those early episodes of Daredevil, but the action is not up to that standard. When Daredevil seems to be overwhelmed, She-Hulk comes to his aid.
They discuss possible defense pleas between punches and the mix of superhero action and lawyer speak as they continue their rescue. After the day is won, She-Hulk agrees to work with him again, and the two lawyers meet on the roof for a conversation. The next time Matt is in town, he would love to have dinner with Jen. We hit cut to Jen and Matt, still in their Daredevil costumes, making out and going back to Jen's apartment. Indeed, she-Hulk smashed.
After seeing Daredevil do the walk of shame, Jen turned to camera and was surprised it was still there. She thinks that should be the end of the show. Next week's finale episode is the big twist of the season and she realized that quickly. The question is, is the twist there is another one, but this one is red or something? Another excellent acknowledgement of overblown fan expectations was asked by Jen.
