Well now, thanks to Disney+, you'll be able to get a fascinating look at how it all happens with the upcoming series Disney Insider!
Here's a trailer to give you an idea of what you're in for:

Each week, the docuseries will take a look at three unique stories.

They'll cover everything from the newest Disney, Pixar, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, and 20th Century Studios movies, to the best shows on Hulu, ABC, and Freeform. They'll even peel back the curtain on Disney's parks and resorts around the world.

The first episode airs March 20 with "Aloha Idol, Singing StarGirl, and Creating Onward."

Episode description: Katy Perry shows "Disney Insider" around the Hawaiian set of American Idol at Aulani, a Disney Resort & Spa. Grace VanderWaal shares what it was like making her acting debut in Disney+'s new film, StarGirl. And veteran Pixar producer Kori Rae tells us how the studio's latest film, Onward, came together.

And, to give you a taste of what's to follow, Episode 2 (March 27) will cover "Animation Legends, Making Mulan, and Diary Days."

Episode description: Legendary Disney animators Burny Mattinson and Andreas Deja take us inside the Walt Disney Animation Vault. Director Niki Caro tells us how she created her new film, Mulan. Writer Ilana Peña tells us how she turned her real-life diary into the hit Disney+ show Diary of a Future President.
