If the Supreme Court gets involved in the former president's legal tussle with the FBI over top-secret documents found at Mar-a-Lago, Michael Cohen thinks it will reveal its corruption.

Cohen commented in a TikTok video on Tuesday about Trump's request for the Supreme Court to intervene in his dispute with the FBI. The US Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit overturned Judge Cannon's decision to include around 100 classified documents in the special master's review.

The Supreme Court is being asked to keep these documents under the control of the special master.

Cohen said, "Delay, delay, delay, that's what he's going to do." This is what he does in all of the cases. He's going to drag it as far as possible.

In September, Cohen admitted that he helped Trump create a book for dealing with legal troubles, which included delaying lawsuits as a tactic for avoiding prosecution.

Cohen said that Trump's request to the Supreme Court was his only move and that he weighed in on what would happen with the court's decision.

"If the Supreme Court listens to this bullshit, the fact that this fuckin' asshole can have top- secret documents, which is in violation of the Presidential Records Act, as well as the National Archives with their multiple subpoenas, requests, and so on for the

If the Supreme Court sided with Trump, all the justices on the bench would have to leave, he said.

A spokesman for Trump's post-presidential office did not respond to the request for comment.

The Espionage Act is one of three federal laws being looked into by the Department of Justice.

Tax evasion, campaign finance violations, and bank fraud were among the crimes Cohen pleaded guilty to. The New York Supreme Court disbarred him in February of 2019.

Since his release, Cohen has become an outspoken critic of Donald Trump and has weighed in on his legal troubles. He said that he would be selling t-shirts depicting Trump behind bars to celebrate the fall of Mussolini.
