The new feature allows you to combine text, photos, videos, and Gifs in a single message. The feature was first spotted by reverse engineer Alessandro Paluzzi back in April. You were only allowed to share one piece of media.
All you have to do is tap the photo icon in the composer and add the media you want. Depending on how much you add, the content will show up side by side or in a grid-like format. You can see how this might look in some of the messages that have been sent.
You can add up to four pieces of content if you try out the feature for yourself. It is not clear whether the feature will be supported by the off- platform. When I shared the two pieces of content with my colleagues, they saw one of the two pieces of content, but it was only one of them.
The platform hasn't stopped rolling out new features despite the drama surrounding Musk's possible acquisition. You can access an endless video stream through its Explore tab. Blue subscribers in Canada, Australia, and New Zealand are getting the ability to edit their tweets, as well as the option to attach status badges to their tweets.
