The New York Times reporter said the former president was most upset by her reporting that he flushed papers down the White House toilet.
That was what upset him the most, according to Haberman.
She said that he was angry when she put it out. He issued a statement, it was a phone call, and he asked who would know that. I think it was actually a question that he asked out loud.
Trump asked his aides what they thought of the report. "He added." He is trying to figure out if something is harmful to him or not.
Trump denied the claim when it was first reported. The photographer took pictures of the papers with what appeared to be Trump's handwriting on them.
