As a judge considers the testimony of a key witness in her high-profile trial, her sentencing has been delayed.

There was a request for a new trial after the federal prosecutors presented false evidence.

She was found guilty of four counts of fraud in January.

The decision marks a new twist in the case.

Court papers show that the motion for a new trial was based on new evidence.

In August, Mr Rosendorff came to her home to apologize for his testimony.

Her lawyers failed in their attempt to overturn her conviction.

On October 17th, he was due to be sentenced.

A jury in January found him guilty of defrauding investors.

She was convicted of conspiracy to commit fraud against investors and wire fraud. She denied that she did anything wrong.

According to prosecutors, she lied about technology that could detect diseases with a few drops of blood. It was promised that it would change the healthcare industry.

The core blood-testing technology did not work according to the Wall Street Journal.

The ex-boyfriend of her was found guilty of fraud and other charges in July. He is going to be sentenced in a few weeks.

At its peak the company was valued at $9 billion.
