Ned Fulmer is no longer a try guy. What are the next steps for the quartet? In a video posted on October 3, the four men who were in charge of Fulmer's removal laid out the basics of what happened on the back end.

Fans reached out to them to say they had seen Fulmer, the group's resident wife guy and father of two toddlers, engage in public romantic behavior with an employee. "We wanted to let you know that we had no idea that this was happening," said the man. All of that information was just as shocking to us as it has been to you. As the team began an internal investigation, Fulmer was removed from "work activities" and not included in shoots.

The company removed Fulmer as a manager and employee after determining that he had engaged in conduct unbecoming of their team. We refused to sweep things under the rug. That is not who we are.

The three remaining guys don't know what their future holds without one of their founding members. "We are trying to figure it out all at once," said Yang. We are looking forward to introducing you to the next era of the Try Guys.

What is next for their business and brand?

The business

A group of people started a business around the Try Guys brand after leaving the website. They said that each member had invested 25 percent of the company's capital. They have grown that business to include more than 20 staff members and a brand worth millions.

All that is at stake with the public's attention on Fulmer's departure.

It's a personal problem as well as a financial one. The staff doesn't deserve the attention of the brand because they didn't do anything. "They are some of the most talented creative minds in the world, and their primary focus right now is making sure staff feels comfortable and proud coming to work," he said.

The TV show

The Try Guys finally got a show on TV. No recipe road trip with the Try Guys is on The Food Network. The show was a spin-off of their popular "without a recipe" series and had been given a prime time slot. The final episode of the show was moved to the morning of Friday, September 31st.

No recipe road trip with the Try Guys is no longer a priority for The Food Network, even though they may pick it up for a second season.

New YouTube videos

The guys have a business and will continue to make videos. The new season of "without a recipe" would be edited out of videos that had already been filmed. The editing team has been working for weeks to remove Fulmer from their videos. "I would like to give props to our editing staff for how well they've handled that situation," said Kornfeld.

There are some appearances by Fulmer that cannot be erased. It's a decision that has cost us a lot of money, but we're proud of it.

"We are focused on bringing the best content possible between now and the end of the year, and then figuring out what the future of this channel looks like from there," he said.

Branded YouTube videos

One way the Try Guys make money is through branded videos. A recent video sponsored by BetterHelp has over a million views. Fulmer will be included in branded videos due to contractual commitments to those brands. It's kind of weird when you see a video that's sponsored in a few weeks. It is sort of strange. It is just how things are.
