  • Recent certifications appear to point to the respective battery capacities for the Galaxy S23+ and Ultra.
  • The Galaxy S23+ may receive a larger 4,700mAh battery, while the S23 Ultra will likely stay the same.
  • Both phones are set to launch in early 2023 alongside the standard Galaxy S23.

As we near the end of the year, we are starting to see more leaks of the S23 series. One of the biggest questions we have about the devices is what the battery life will be.

The 4,700mAh battery found in the S22+ is better than the 4,500mAh battery found in the S23+. It's good to know that the battery life of the S22+ wasn't a problem, even if it's not as big as the one we saw in the S21+.

In addition to the Plus battery, the S23 Ultra may not see a change in this area, according to the club. We weren't impressed with the battery life in the S22 Ultra, but we hope the upcoming Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will be more efficient.

We would really like to see some improvement in the standard S23 I found the S22 to have poor battery life with an average of four hours of screen time. I don't need to plug it in to make it to lunchtime. We'll get a boost in battery life if we can get the battery capacity mentioned by the club.

We already know what the phones will look like thanks to leaked renders. The phones will still have the same dimensions despite some changes. If thicker phones meant better batteries, we wouldn't mind.
