Zelensky and Musk in row over Ukraine 'peace plan poll'

Zelensky hit back at Musk after he posted a poll with his suggestions for ending the Russian invasion.

Mr Musk asked his followers to vote on his ideas.

Zelensky asked users if they liked the world's richest person more when he supported Ukranian.

Others criticized Mr Musk.

The outgoing ambassador to Germany used a strong expletive.

The Russian chess grandmaster said this was a betrayal of Ukrainian courage and sacrifice.

There were votes in parts of Ukraine occupied by Russia that they say they are annexing.

The multi-billionaire said that Russia should leave if the people decide to do so.

Russian President Vladimir Putin has already declared four Ukrainian regions to be part of Russia. Russia doesn't have complete control of the four regions.

Mr Musk said the world should formally recognize the annexation of the peninsula by Russia.

Whichelonmusk do you like more, Mr Zelensky asked in his own poll. One who supports Russia and one who supports Ukrainians.

The poll had been voted on more than 1.5 million times after it was posted.

When the war with Russia ended, Mr Musk was invited to visit by Mr Zelensky.
