According to the help post, the company is about to release an update for the Pixel devices. There is a new version of TP1A.221005.002 for the October update. There is a slightly different build number with version TP1A.

There is a critical vulnerability within the framework that has not been commented on by the company.

This will be the last guaranteed security update for the two devices, as the October 2022 update will be the last one. Since their release, several series of phones have been updated by the search engine. The final security update for the Pixel 4 and 4XL will be in August 2023. We expect that the Pixel 4 will get a final update at a later date than usual.
