The All Starr Band was not going to hit the stage because the drummer was sick. After the former Beatle realized he couldn't perform at the casino, it was decided to pull the plug. The show was canceled just a few hours before it was to start because of his voice issues. The band's spokesman didn't say what was ailing him. It's good news on the health front that there seems to be some hope for a new concert. People can get a refund if they want it. The fans who showed up for the concert were not given a reason for the cancellation. One of the concertgoers went to the Four Winds Casino management and pressed them as to why the show was a no-go, and was told that Ringo was not well and would not go further. There was a show scheduled for Sunday in Prior Lake, Minnesota, but it has now been canceled.
