Each episode in the eight-part anthology series focuses on a new cast of characters who are unlucky enough to cross paths with a ghost, monster, or just downright scary murderer August's first look was more about the show's development, this trailer is all about the finished project It shows the range of actors and stories featured, to say nothing of the practical effects on display. All of these look interesting, but the one that catches my eye is the one that features a man who has been hanging around in the horror genre for a long time.
Cabinet has a lot of creative talent behind the cameras. Six of the eight episodes are written by the show's writers. Director-wise, the lineup includes The Babadook's Lynn Kent, Ana Amirpour, andMandy's Panos Cosmatos.
The first episode of Cabinet of Curiosities will be on October 25. Each episode will have a narrator who can do a great Rod Serling-esque narration.
