Only those loyal to Trump are safe in the Republican Party.

Democrats are referred to as enemies. Trump is always right and even Republicans who don't like him have a death wish.

The current front-runner for the GOP presidential nomination should he decide to run attacked Senate Republican leaderMitch McConnell because he voted for legislation sponsored by Democrats.

Trump threatens McConnell, hurls racist nickname at Elaine Chao

Trump launched a racist attack on McConnell's wife, Elaine Chao, who served in Trump's Cabinet when he was president.

There's no way to see the "death wish" comment as anything more than a veiled threat since we know from January 6th, 2021, that Trump has potentially violent followers who take cue from him.

With racist garbage about the wife of a high-ranking member of the party Trump claims to represent, the former president shows the world his true nature. For the 10 millionth time, Trump shows the world that he doesn't care about attention to detail.

Michigan Republicans line up to kiss Trump's ring

Many Republicans remained silent over the weekend despite the danger. Republican candidates for governor, attorney general, and secretary of state joined Trump at his Michigan rally.

As if to impress Trump with violent rhetoric of her own, she told the crowd that she was not going to spare anyone. Democrats want to kill Republicans.

That's insane. It is sickeningly dangerous. It's not to mention false.

Trump and Greene make it clear that no one disloyal is safe

A target on the back of a Republican who did his job and voted for legislation is a result of being said a Republican has a "death wish". There is a justification for violence against anyone who happens to be a Democrat. During a time when anti-Asian hate crimes are on the rise, it is ok to call a woman a racist.

Over the course of two days, this all happened.

Republicans keep their mouths shut in face of Trump's hatefulness

So-called reasonable Republican elected leaders? Nope, that's right. Rick Scott told CNN that he doesn't "condone violence" and that he hopes no one is racist.

What a brave man. Even when it is clear that Trump and his associates have no loyalty to anyone, Republican leaders won't speak up.

This is not the behavior of a political party for the large group of voters and politicians who are loyal to Trump. This is the behavior of a cult: fealty to one individual; zero tolerance for any who stray from the core beliefs; threats of violence toward any who step out of line.

You are a member of a party that is killing Republicans, and people think you are not a democrat. A person with a death wish is not a conservative.

Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell in 2022.

How can Americans of good conscious not come together to shut this down?

How is it possible that people who see how messed up this all is can't come together as one? How is it possible for Republicans to support a person who would attack them in the blink of an eye?

Ignore them as Trump and pathetic wannabes have sunk to new depths after committing outrage after outrage. Don't let them get the attention they want.

Like it or not, Trump and Greene have power and stand to gain more

It's fine if you're fighting a meaningless internet troll, but I think Trump is going to be the next Republican candidate for president. He is a former president of the United States. He's not a person.

He is a big-time fundraiser for Republicans and someone who is revered by his followers. She is not what we want her to be.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, R-Ga.

If we don't vote them out of existence, they will gain more power. If you are an apostate Republican, they will come for you. If you are a democrat, they will come for you.

Let's stop dancing around it and call the MAGA movement what it is

They will be there for anyone who questions them. They are not a political group.

They are a cult that is quickly and dangerously worsening.

Republicans who still value basic human decency need to condemn them. They need to be rejected by the people.
