European club football is back in action. In the English premier league, we saw a couple of big games, including the one between Manchester City and Manchester United. It's out of sorts for the two teams.
You can watch LaLiga, Bundesliga, MLS, more on the US version of the network.
This is what you need to know about the weekend.
The best goals, teams in trouble, and talking points are included.
Casemiro is not believed by Manchester United.
There were a lot of issues to address for Manchester United after their 6-3 derby humiliation at the hands of Manchester City, but one that only ten Hag can answer is his reluctance to use Casemiro in the middle of the park.
The Brazil international arrived at United in a £60 million transfer from Real Madrid in August and was supposed to be the answer to the team's problems in the defensiveMidfielder area
The 30-year-old has yet to start a game for his new team after being named on the bench for the clash against City. Casemiro was brought on in the 59th minute when United were down by four.
His 31 minutes on the pitch took his number of minutes in the top flight for United to just 82 since he arrived from Real. Casemiro has started just one game since he left the Santiago Bernabeu.
Ten Hag wanted Barcelona's Frenkie de Jong this summer, and when United finally abandoned that pursuit, they tried to get rid of him before turning to Casemiro
Ten Hag has to decide if he really wanted Casemiro or if he was the best option at the time.
It would seem that Ten Hag still believes in Casemiro's worth to the team based on how long he has used him.
Barcelona have risen to the top of Spain.
After Real Madrid's 100% winning start to the season was ended by Osasuna on Sunday, there is a new leader in LaLIGA.
Thanks to their superior goal difference, Barcelona leapfrogged Madrid thanks to their narrow 1-0 win at Mallorca. Robert Lewandowski's 12th goal of the season, a brilliant solo effort, was enough to secure the points.
"We did the bare minimum, but it is a huge win ahead of a really tough run of games," said Ter Stegen.
When Vinicius Junior gave them a fortuitous first-half lead, they looked like they would regain their place at the top. Benzema smashed the bar with a late penalty as Osasuna and Real Madrid played out a 2-2 draw.
Madrid and Barcelona are level on 19 points, but Madrid's record is no longer perfect. The two teams are set to meet at the Bernabeu in two weekends' time, and they are both still on top of their game. Both Madrid and Barcelona will travel to Getafe before then.
The title race is starting to tilt towards the other team.
We have been hoping for a genuine title race in Germany after almost a decade of Bavarian superiority, but the end of the international break brought a heavy dose of the status quo as league leaders Union Berlin lost, and there was a 2-2 draw at Cologne.
Their comfortable victory seemed to send a message to the rest of the league, as they were firing early and often. Sane and Musiala scored within the first 20 minutes before Sadio Mane made it three before the break. Thomas Muller would round out the easiest of games, even though he had a second disallowed due to a foul.
Inter Milan are not performing as well as they could.
Inter Milan are going through their worst start to a season in four years. After the first goal was scored, their loss against AS Roma happened again, and this time they were down by more than one goal. Their inability to defend a lead was on display again on Saturday.
Inter's weakness is that they let the Roman side come back through Chris Smalling on a set piece, which is a weakness for them. They have a lot of problems, among them that Romelu Lukaku is not back from injury and that the goalkeeping ability of Samir Handanovic has diminished.
Inter will be playing in a big game in the European competition in the coming days. They are nine points behind the leaders in the table. Inzaghi is under a lot of stress.
The account is opened by a person with style.
It was a great way for him to score his goal. He did well for the club on a last-minute win. He was able to find enough self-restraint to not celebrate against Crystal Palace.

As important as the goal was, it was even more important that he made a good impression on Graham Potter. The goal that the player scored on his loan at Palace can help him get more chances at the club.
There is more to come.
The game of the weekend in LaLiga was Real Sociedad's win away at Girona, in which Riquelme's 23rd-minute strike was the difference.
