The Waters family has been appointed managing directors of the company as it looks to expand.

Both the travel agency and tour operator have two people working for them. They will report to chairman Renford Sargent on October 1st.

The company with its headquarters in Cambridge is looking to grow its high street retail chain and add more destinations to its operator portfolio.

Although we sell everyone else and our shops are not tied to our tour operator, it would make sense to expand that a little and have a few more outlets to feed into the tour operation.

He said that a company like ours might need to become more specialized. One or two more specialist destinations would be great.

One of the toughest times the business had ever been through was during Covid, and he credited Niki and Paul with showingphenomenal leadership.

He said the business had many long-serving employees and was focused on making sure staff had a good work life balance.

It is about lifestyle and we feel like we are in it together. He said that the company culture will be carried on and that appointments will give a lot of confidence to staff.

Five years ago, she became a director and company secretary of both companies, having previously worked in reservations, training, project management, HR and finance.

After working as a sales manager on the road for the operator, Paul was promoted to the position of branch sales and marketing manager at premier travel. He was the director of the retail business in 2011.

For the past four or five years, the business has not had a managing director.

He said he had no intentions of leaving the company.
